An almost uncontaminated place, a sort of natural amphitheater with optimal exposure that guarantees sun and ventilation, therefore the possibility of bringing ripe and healthy grapes into the cellar.
Grapes that you do not expect to find in this region, since, by now, more suited to the region beyond the strait, that is the Nerello Mascalese and the Nerello Cappuccio, but that actually have a deep connection with this territory.
